Cooking Methods & Flavor Principles

Seasonings, spices, herbs, sauces, etc..
Herbs - Mint, Marjoram, Fennel (leaves), Dill, Bay Leaf, Basil, Arugula & Oregano.
Spices - Allspice, Anise, Cardamom, Cinammon, Cloves, Coriander, Cumin, Curry, Hot Chili Peppers, Piperoriza, Hot Peppers, Mustard Powder, Nutmeg, Pepper, Sumac, Saffron, & Vanilla.
Cheeses - Feta, Katiki, Kasseri, Graviera, Manouri, Kapnisto & Anthotyro.

Cooking Methods consist of; boiling, frying, simmering, stewing over wood burning fires, grilling & baking. Wood buring ovens also.

  4. This blog is very creative. But i haveb to be honest and some of the food in Greece is and seems nasty and gross to me. I like the way u explained everything and told the picture like thes and stuff i really like the infomation u gave me.
