Greeks ate 3 meals each day. Breakfast was eaten at sunrise, a small midday meal and a late afternoon snack. The main meal was eaten at the end of the day.

Common Dishes - variety of breads & fruits. The Greek usually drank water, and some others referred to goats' milk.
